Intugo, in partnership with a leading U. S. company specializing in electrical contracting and public infrastructure projects, is looking for a Payroll & Compliance Coordinator to support certified payroll operations for union electrical construction projects in California. What you'll do: • Process weekly payroll through Foundation software • Review timesheets, job classifications, overtime, and double time • Prepare and submit certified payroll reports • Support audits and compliance documentation • Prepare union reports, fringe benefit calculations, and trust fund contributions Requirements: • 2+ years of payroll experience (construction, trades, or union environments preferred) • Experience with payroll systems (Foundation, Quick Books, or similar) • Understanding of prevailing wage and union payroll compliance • Bilingual English/Spanish Benefits: Gross Monthly Salary: $28,000 MXN • Private medical insurance • Food vouchers • Savings fund • Law Benefits • Christmas bonus
