Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support accurate and timely payroll operations for a growing construction-focused organization in Rockville, Minnesota. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling high-volume payroll activity, navigating multi-state requirements, and maintaining precision in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for employees working across multiple states, ensuring deadlines are met and records remain accurate.
• Maintain payroll data for a workforce of more than 200 employees, reviewing hours, earnings, deductions, and adjustments before each payroll run.
