Payroll Clerk

Description We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to support accurate and timely payroll operations for a manufacturing organization in Cape Coral, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable and comfortable managing payroll activities for a mid-sized employee population. The successful candidate will help maintain compliance, resolve payroll-related questions, and contribute to efficient payroll processing from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
• Process end-to-end payroll for a workforce of approximately 101 to 500 employees, ensuring wages are calculated correctly and paid on schedule.
• Review timekeeping, earnings, deductions, and adjustments to verify payroll data before final submission.
• Administer wage garnishments and other withholdings in accordance with applicable laws, court orders, and company policies.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
