Payroll Clerk

Job Details

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Full-cycle payroll experience required, including:
• Payroll taxes
• Multi-state payroll compliance
• Federal and state regulations
• Experience processing payroll in Canada and/or California is a strong plus
• Experience supporting multi-state payroll environments preferred
• Processes payroll for approximately 500 employees across 24 states and Canada (including California)
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
• FPC certification is a plus

Technical Requirements

• Understanding of debits and credits
• Ability to review and adjust payroll-related GL files
• Payroll person will export payroll data from ADP into QuickBooks
• Must be comfortable working with payroll accounting entries and reconciliations
