What You'll Do

• Process payroll and handle quarterly filings
• Support A/P, A/R, and bookkeeping
• Post cash receipts and assist with collections
• Provide occasional front desk support as needed

What We're Looking For

• Payroll experience working with multi-clients or books
• QuickBooks (online and desktop) and Excel proficiency
