Payroll & Benefits Accountant

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Accountant to join their team. As a Payroll & Benefits Accountant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the North America Market. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location: Hybrid 1-2 days -** **Northeast New Jersey**

**Pay Range: $45.00/hour - $50.00/hour**

**What's the Job?**

+ Support month-end close journal entries, including payroll, benefits accounting, deferred compensation, and EPP.
+ Partner with the Payroll team to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting.
+ Prepare manual intercompany payroll invoices and review monthly payroll variance reports.
