Payroll and Compensation Benefits Specialist

Overview

The Payroll & Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, proper management of employee compensation, and compliance with government-mandated contributions and loan deductions. The role ensures that all payroll transactions are complete, updated, and compliant, supporting both employee satisfaction and company accountability.

Responsibilities

1. Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate release of payroll (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly as applicable). Review attendance, overtime, leaves, and adjustments prior to payroll processing. Validate payroll computations including earnings, deductions, and net pay. Coordinate with HR and Accounting for payroll inputs and approvals.
