This role supports the Payroll Manager by overseeing payroll for all employees while ensuring compliance with legislation. You will also manage benefits administration, reconciling invoices and processing life event changes. The ideal candidate has at least five years' experience and a strong grasp of payroll systems, alongside excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process all payroll functions in compliance with policies
• Maintain Payroll and HRIS systems for employee status changes
• Calculate statutory taxes and validate payment amounts
• Enrol and terminate employees in benefit plans
• Respond to confidential inquiries from firm members
