Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Payroll Analyst to join our teamMain activities and responsibilities:Payroll Processing: Covers the full monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Salary calculations for fixed, variable, and prorated payments (new hires, terminations, leaves).Deductions: INSS, IRRF, FGTS, union dues, loan deductions (eConsig), pension plans, health/benefits copay, Child support, etc.Reporting & compliance submissions (e-Social, FGTS, IRRF, DCTF-web, etc).Labor Liabilities: Responsible for accurate calculation, provisioning, and reporting of all legal obligations. Regularization of liabilities in case of retroactive salary adjustments or legal changes;Terminations: Complete management of the offboarding process in compliance with Brazilian labor law.
