Payroll Analyst

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Analyst. This role is responsible for executing and supporting end-to-end payroll processing in full compliance with policies and procedures. Responsibilities include managing payroll calculations, validations, and reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy, as well as, analyzing large datasets to support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting needs. This person will also work towards developing, running, and maintaining queries and reports to support payroll operations and decision-making. The role applies critical judgment in defining system requirements, implementing payroll-related policies, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve current processes.
