The role is responsible for managing end-to-end time and attendance operations in the plant, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and readiness for payroll processing. The role also drives attendance process improvement and supports system optimization.

Job Requirements

• Daily Attendance Operations: Maintain accurate daily attendance records including clock-in/out, shift, leave, and absence; Perform daily data monitoring to ensure completeness and timely updates in the system; Track attendance cut-off timelines and ensure data readiness before monthly closing.
