Job Description

Role summary:
We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist who will ensure complete payroll processing, data verification, and employee tax management, while also actively contributing to process streamlining. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of payroll issues, experience with ADP, and familiarity with state and local tax obligations. 
Your role:
Payroll processing, including checking time records, corrections, tax adjustments, and other inputs 
Ensuring accurate and timely payroll closing, including complete data collection and verification 
Ongoing management and updating of payroll procedures and documentation 
Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) 
Checking payroll processes for compliance with internal guidelines, audits, and legislation (including SOX)
