The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll across all Straticon entities. This position ensures full compliance with applicable federal and state regulations while maintaining precise records of employee compensation, benefits, and deductions. The Payroll Analyst works collaboratively with the Director of Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy, proper expense allocation, and on‑time tax and benefits reporting. Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing Process payroll for all Straticon companies accurately and within established deadlines. Review and verify all employee timesheets, ensuring necessary approvals are obtained prior to processing.
