Job Description
We are looking for a talented **Payroll Analyst** to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Payroll Department in Czech Republic. **Work Location:** Can be 100% remote from anywhere in the Czech Republic, with 1–2 days per month in an office.
This role involves up to **10% of domestic travel frequency.**
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Compliance Leadership: Ensure 100% adherence to Czechia statutory legislation (and support for other countries), reducing compliance risk and audit findings across payroll cycles.
+ Bilingual Service Excellence: Leverage **fluent Czech and English** to resolve queries quickly, improve stakeholder satisfaction, and prevent misunderstandings with employees, vendors, and authorities.
