Job Description

Position Overview

The Payroll Advisor is primarily responsible for leading the execution of payroll processing outside of the US (EMEA, Canada, APAC). This role assumes a lead role in daily payroll functions, makes efficiency and effectiveness recommendations, and serves as a mentor to others on the team by answering team member questions and providing problem solving guidance.

The place of work is Warsaw, Poland.

Essential Duties

include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead member of the payroll team; organizing and overseeing the payroll processing outside of the US; including, reviewing payrolls and acting as the escalation point for team members.
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Able to complete complex report reconciliation across numerous sources and identify reconciliation errors.
