Job Summary – HR Payroll & Admin Specialist
The HR Payroll & Admin Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing and HR administrative functions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and Indonesian statutory regulations. The role includes validating Time & Attendance (T&A) data, maintaining employee records, and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Working closely with both HR and Finance, the position ensures payroll accuracy, proper financial controls, and audit readiness. It reports directly to the HR Manager with a dotted line to the Finance Controller for payroll governance and compliance oversight.
Key responsibilities include full-cycle payroll administration, T&A management across multiple regions, statutory reporting (BPJS and tax), payroll audit support, and continuous process improvement. The role also require...
