GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES- This Payroll Accountant position requires a solid accounting and/or payroll processing background including experience with W-2 and W-2c’s. This individual is responsible for completing W-2c’s. DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 1.Monitor email box for W-2c submissions 2.Review request for accuracy 3.Complete request and submit to Employment Tax Department for processing 4.Log W-2c information into appropriate spreadsheet(s) 5.Proactively identifies and researches potential issues and recommends courses of action. 6.Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.
