Job Description: Payroll Accountant (General Ledger & Compensation Focus) Location: Remote/India Department: Finance & Accounting Reports To: Accounting Manager Position Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and technical Financial Accountant to join our finance team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the General Ledger through robust reconciliation processes and accurate month-end close execution.

While this position oversees technical accounting for compensation and benefits, it is a broad-based role responsible for the reconciliation of various complex financial accounts and the maintenance of US GAAP compliance across the balance sheet.
