Payroll Accountant

For Assistant Accountants and Payroll Administrators to ensure accurate payroll processing for an educational institution. A Permanent Full-Time role within a supportive community-oriented environment.

• Requires: Strong knowledge of payroll systems
• Salary guide: $101,340 - $108,822 per annum.
• Location: Brisbane Valley, Queensland.

Your normal day will involve:

• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of the payroll.
• Assisting with the review of fortnightly payroll reports and reconciling reports.
• Communicating with staff and leadership on payroll matters including entitlements and terminations.
• Maintaining payroll records and entering General Ledger journals into TASS.
• Training line managers on payroll rules and reporting.
