Payment Team Lead – GBS Finance Team

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC Payments team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high service standards
• Oversee the timely and accurate processing and authorisation of third‑party and inter‑company payments (ERP and manual flows)
• Support Treasury operations, including transaction settlement, reconciliation, and reporting
• Drive process improvements, standardisation, and alignment with global procedures
• Support and participate in GBS and Treasury projects (e.g., system implementations and enhancements)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements, while mitigating operational risks
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve processes and resolve issues
• Support team development, including onboarding, training, and documentation
