You'll coordinate daily field activities, oversee crews and subcontractors, and maintain compliance with specifications and client expectations. Your role emphasizes solid leadership, efficient planning, and rigorous safety management across construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily asphalt paving field operations
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure contracts are completed safely and on time
• Organize crews and manage project materials
• Conduct job cost reviews and timely accounting
Requirements:
• Diploma in engineering or construction management preferred
• Minimum five years of related experience required
