Paving Roller Operator

Quad has an immediate opening to join our team as a Roller Maker in the CR/T division. Please note that this position will not be working out of the Hartford CR/T plant, but the Kingston location, located in Sussex, WI. This is a specialized process of refurbishing the many rubber rollers that the Quad operations utilize. The hours of this position are days, M-F, with overtime as needed. Machine and Polish rollers with the use of grinding/polishing lathes

Willing to learn the operations of various lathes

The successful candidate must be able to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
