About Us

Florida Sealcoating is one of Central Florida's leading commercial asphalt and pavement maintenance contractors. We specialize in asphalt paving, milling, sealcoating, striping, concrete, and large commercial projects throughout the state.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Paving Operations Manager to lead our paving division, manage crews, oversee equipment, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

This is not a desk-only position. We need a leader who can manage people, solve problems, and take ownership of the entire paving operation.
