Patient Specialist

Actalent is looking for a patient specialist located in Richardson, TX!
Job description:

+ Attend weekly team meetings to discuss study details

+ Outbound calls to patients

+ Asking patients qualifying questions

+ Scheduling patients to come onsite

+ Meet weekly metrics

Schedule:

+ Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm

+ No Weekends!

+ Full-time schedule

Qualifications:

+ Experience in a call center preferred

+ Experience in customer services preferred

Pay/benefits:

+ $18/hour
