**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Schedule patients focusing on patient safety and reducing the likelihood of medical health errors
+ Participate in process improvement projects
+ Audit online tickets, scheduling appointments for accuracy of order placement, referral completion and resource selection
+ Act as a subject expert for the department scheduling model, think critically, and troubleshoot Epic errors for the team
