Are you looking for a busy work environment? The UPMC Leader Surgery Center is looking for a new Patient Services Representative II to join their team. This position will check in patients for surgery and work on a personable level with patients on a day-to-day basis.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, schedule can be flexible. no weekends or holidays. Opportunity to pick up extra shifts!
Purpose:
Assures a positive first impression is created for patients. Performs accurate registration and scheduling of patients and a variety of other front office duties with a focus on customer service in support of the overall operation of the clinics and specialty offices. The Senior Patient Service Representative is the patient?s and public?s initial contact and is responsible to provide a positive, professional image.
