Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting front-office operations, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

**Location:** Dallas, TX 75228
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
**Employment Type:** Contract-to-Hire

**Pay Rate:** $ 19.08/hr.
