Patient Services Rep

**Location:** Westwego, LA

**Type:** Five-month contract with potential for extension

**Schedule:** Mon- Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri- 8am- 230pm

**Pay:** $22 to $27 per hour

**Responsibilities of the Patient Services Rep:**

· Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, checking them in/out, and answering questions.

· Answer incoming phone calls, triage calls appropriately, document messages in the EMR, and route them to the appropriate clinical staff.

· Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments while conducting outbound reminder calls.
