Overview
We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support a high-volume healthcare front desk environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, delivers exceptional customer service, and has experience handling patient interactions, insurance verification, and front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities

+ Greet and check in/out approximately 200+ patients daily in a professional and efficient manner

+ Verify patient insurance and ensure accuracy according to policies and procedures

+ Collect co-pays, outstanding balances, and process payments

+ Communicate effectively with patients regarding coverage, benefits, and financial responsibilities

+ Scan and maintain patient documentation in the system
