Position Summary

Responsible for promoting and restoring patient health by collaborating with physicians and team members; and providing physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Performs a variety of patient care activities to assist physicians and nurses in the clinic environment. Performs intake and assessment tasks for patients seen by the Pain Clinic providers. This position acts as a liaison among physicians, patients, caregivers and other team members. The office lead supports processing of OHP reimbursement paperwork, uploads the on‑call calendar, and provides information for OHP leadership as needed.
