Patient Service Associate

• Receives and greets patients who come for diagnostic radiological examinations.
• Registers patients manually or electronically into the SAP and RIS.
• Prints out patients’ identification labels and bills patients accordingly.
• Schedules appointments for inpatients and outpatients.
• Receives and sorts out request forms from the wards/appointment cases.
• Assists in advising and directing patients who require financial assistance and counseling.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas and performs immediate spot cleaning when cleaners are not available at hand.
• Ensures that request forms are duly completed with complete information such as patient’s particulars, doctor’s signatures etc.
• Prepares and summarizes the daily cash collection before handing over to the CISCO agency for banking.
• Responsible for maintaining an adequate supply of stationery requirements...
