**Minimum rate of pay:** $15.82 PLUS Daily PAY

**Position Purpose:**

**Nursing Resource Pool:**

Patient safety attendants perform specific patient care activities as assigned by the patient's RN considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs. **They will be working with high risk suicide precaution patients.**

· Setting up food tray, assist with eating

· Assisting patient with basic hygiene needs (bathing, brushing teeth)

· Offering fluids

· Accompanying patient on walks

· Assisting patient to bathroom or chair

· Providing Diversionary activities

· Replacing nasal cannula
