Seeking an experienced Patient Office Representative with strong ambulatory outpatient medical office experience. This role will support patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, and front-office operations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

**Pay:** $20–$25/hr
**Location:** Arcadia, CA

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Register patients and maintain accurate records within the EMR (Epic preferred)
+ Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations
+ Schedule patient appointments across multiple providers and specialties
+ Review patient demographics, consents, and HIPAA documentation
