Patient Fulfillment Specialist (Medellín)

Cities: Bogotá, Barranquilla, Medellín, Cali, Bucaramanga, Ibagué.

We are looking for a Patient Fulfillment Specialist to support patient communication and medical order fulfillment.

This role focuses on delivering an excellent patient experience by handling inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:0 AM 6:00 PM (EST)

Responsibilities

• Assist patients via chat and occasional calls
• Manage and process medical orders efficiently
• Provide clear and solution-oriented responses
• Review patient records and ensure accuracy
• Maintain fast response times
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• Advanced English (near-native)
• Experience in healthcare (MA, Nurse, Pharmacist, or similar)
