Job Description
Working within designated clinical areas the post holder will facilitate patient discharge providing a high-quality service in line with Trust standards. They will be able to communicate sensitivity and effectively with a wide range of people including patients, families, colleagues and agencies external to the Trust.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will manage patient flows within a defined area and will be responsible for prioritising work, reviewing working practices to ensure timely and efficient patient access to the Trusts services, delivery of the patient administration pathway from the decision to admit the patient and throughout the inpatient process.This is a fixed term role for 12 months.
