Patient Engagement Consultant

Health Connect is where care starts with a conversation. We're the team people reach when they're looking for allied health support across their allied health networks. Our job is to pick up, understand what someone needs, and help them get booked with the right care.

About the role

This is a phone-based role, and around nine in ten of your calls will be outbound. You'll be working warm leads — real people who've already put their hand up through our marketing, most funded through DVA and some through NDIS. It's fresh data every time, so you're never cold calling a stranger from an old list. The remaining part is inbound, and that side of the role is set to grow as we do.

We lead with service here, so there's no close ratio hanging over you and nothing riding on commission. You're on a set salary, paid weekly, which keeps your focus on the person on the line and getting them the care they need.
