Patient Care Technician, Night Program

UPMC St. Margaret is currently hiring a dedicated Full-Time Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our 5A Oncology Unit as part of our Night Program. This role involves working straight night 12-hour shifts, with rotating weekend and holiday requirements, providing consistent overnight coverage for a diverse patient population. As a Night Program participant, employees will receive a $2.00/hour program differential in addition to the $1.60/hour shift differential, totaling $3.60/hour for night shifts. Please note that this differential does not apply to any daylight hours worked. To qualify, candidates must have a minimum of six months experience in an inpatient direct patient care role.
