**General Statement of Duties:**
**This position is responsible for supporting technologists and/or physicians in patient care. In this role the**
**PCA will be involved in venipunctures, gathering patient history and scheduling exams in the radiology**
**information system. Duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring workflow to ensure a smooth and**
**timely start and completion of patient procedures. Establishes and maintains excellent working**
**relationships with personnel, physicians and external customers (i.e., patients, referring physicians and**
**respective staff).**
