About This Role
 We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to provide clerical support for our patients. If you are passionate about providing your patients with exemplary care, while being sensitive to their individual psychiatric conditions, you would be a great fit on our team. Our location in Northbrook is our first and largest facility and consists not only of our widest variety of programs, but also serves as a pilot site for many of our new treatment offerings.
Schedule: 100% on site at our Northbrook, IL location. Candidate will be expected to work an 8-hr shift between the hours of 8:15am to 6:15pm. 
What You'll Do:Greets and orients all patients, visitors, and staff who enter the building.

Answers incoming calls in a warm and welcoming manner.

Maintains neat and orderly reception area.

Maintains awareness of patients, visitors, and staff who are in the building.
