This role focuses on preparing patients for upcoming services by confirming coverage, gathering registration details, and explaining expected out-of-pocket costs with clarity and professionalism. The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare front-end revenue cycle work and can manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a patient-centered approach.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-registration conversations with patients to gather demographic, insurance, and service-related details, then enter complete and accurate information into Epic.

• Review active insurance coverage for scheduled visits or admissions by completing eligibility checks and documenting verification results in the appropriate system.
