Patient Care Attendant

**VCA Spring Branch Animal Hospital** is seeking a full time Patient Care Attendant to join our team! We are seeking an individual who is positive, energetic, eager to learn, and works well on a team.

**Duties include:**

+ Restraining animals for doctor and technician
+ Administering medications under the supervision of the technician
+ Assisting with obtaining lab samples
+ Running labs on our in-house machines (including learning how to troubleshoot machines)
+ .Monitoring hospitalized patients during treatments and during surgery recovery.
+ Surgical pack preparation.
+ Cleaning kennels and replacing bedding for hospitalized patients
