This role is suitable for freshers who have good communication skills and are comfortable speaking on the phone.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling and follow-ups
Receive inbound calls and assist patients with basic queries
Confirm appointments and send reminders
Collect and update patient information in the system
Maintain accurate call records and reports
Provide clear and polite communication at all times
