* **Work location:** Texas Health Ft. Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue, Ft. Worth, TX 76104

* Patient Advocacy Department - using your clinical knowledge to manage patient complaints and grievances

* **Work hours:** Full-time, Exempt position, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, mainly 8AM-5PM

**Patient Advocate Skills:**

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Strong organizational abilities, strong service orientation, and sensitivity to patient's needs.
+ Communicates in a clear, concise and professional manner with various audiences.
+ Ability to deal with a variety of healthcare organization/delivery, and satisfaction measurement.
