**Job Description**

**Who we’re looking for:**

The UW Medicine - Department of Laboratory Medicine & Pathology (DLMP) in Seattle, WA has a fantastic opportunity for a **Patient Account Representative 3** with **Client Account Services** at the **Financial Services Building in downtown Seattle** .

**Work schedule:**

+ Monday - Friday
+ Day shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm PST
+ Telework: 1 day onsite and 4 days remote

**What you’ll contribute:**

+ Handle a high volume of calls with patients, their families or representatives, insurance companies, attorneys, corporate clients, etc. in a structured environment working under a set schedule and tight timeframes;
+ Work as a liaison between patients and other UW Medicine entities to resolve complicated billing issues;
+ Review and respond to written inquiries about laboratory services, insurance information, account status and related billing issues.
