**Type:** Three - month contract with opportunity for extension or full time offer
**Schedule:** 8-hour shift between 7:30AM and 6:00PM (Monday – Friday)
**Pay:** $19.00 Per hour

**Responsibilities of the Patient Care Coordinator:**

· Check in/out patients

· Help address patient requests that come via patient portal such as clinical questions, medication refill request and schedule appointments

· Answer phones.

· Submit insurance authorization for procedures and medication and generate referrals using various insurance portals.
