Patent Counsel China (m/f/d)*

Advice: Provides general legal (patent) in-house support and advice regarding legal (patent) issues to organizational units and project managers as well inventors of the SCHOTT Group in China/Asia; Monitors and assesses third-party patent positions with regard to relevance for SCHOTT products or developments; Checks SCHOTT developments and products for interference with third-party patent positions and provides technical and legal information on collision avoidance (Freedom-to-Operate analysis).

Prosecution: Supports actively research and technology projects inclusive identification of new inventions.
