Patch/Finish Roller Operator
The Patch/Finish Roller Operator is responsible for operating a roller to compact asphalt and ensure a smooth, finished surface. This position works closely with the paving crew to maintain quality, safety, and productivity on the job site.
Available OT/Traveling/Long Hours/Weekends
4725 E Cartier Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89115
Responsibilities:
+ Operate a roller to compact asphalt surfaces.
+ Follow the paving crew to achieve proper compaction and smoothness.
+ Monitor the quality of the finished pavement.
+ Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
+ Follow all company and job site safety procedures.
+ Assist with other crew duties as needed.
Requirements
+ 1+ Year of experience operating a roller
+ Ability to work long hours, including weekends when required. (Traveling with in and out of state )
