**CONSTRUCTION LABORER / PATCHER**

**$21–$25/hr | HANDS‑ON ROLE**

Looking for a job where you can **travel, stay active, and work with your hands** ? We’re hiring patchers to repair and finish **precast concrete panels** on job sites. This is a solid role if you’ve got construction experience and don’t mind being on the road.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

+ Repair and patch **precast concrete panels** (holes, cracks, surface defects)
+ Work with **brick panels and learn tuckpointing**
+ Cut and modify openings for windows, outlets, and other features
+ Use **hand tools and power tools** for finishing work
+ Travel with a partner to job sites across the region
+ Keep job sites clean and work safely

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

+ **2+ years** construction experience (concrete or carpentry)
+ Comfortable lifting **50–100 lbs**
+ Experience with tools and jobsite work
