About Spoon Patisserie

Spoon Patisserie is a busy patisserie based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. We produce a range of high-quality pastries, cakes and desserts for retail and wholesale customers. We are seeking a skilled Pastrycook to join our production team on a full-time basis.

The role

As our Pastrycook, you will be responsible for daily pastry production and finishing, working to consistent standards of quality, presentation, food safety and efficiency.

Key duties

1. Prepare, bake and finish a variety of pastries and desserts (including laminated doughs, fillings, creams and glazes)
2. Produce cakes and gateaux, portioning and decorating to specification
3. Follow production schedules and maintain consistent quality and portion control
4. Measure, weigh and prepare ingredients according to recipes
