Pastry Commis Chef

As Pastry Commis Chef , you’ll support the pastry section by preparing ingredients, executing recipes, and assisting with plating and service. You’ll help deliver MARCO's signature desserts (Soufflé, Tiramisu, French toast, etc.) that keep guests coming back.

Support the pastry station with accurate preparation, consistency, and efficiency to contribute to exceptional guest desserts while helping control food costs and minimize waste in our casual Italian restaurant.

Key Responsibilities & What Success Looks Like

• Precisely follow recipes and portion controls for all pastry items.
• Prepare mise en place, ingredients, and bases (creams, doughs, sauces) on time for service.
• Maintain station cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times.
